Special Old Dutch Frisian Folklore Clock Hand painted
This hand painted Dutch Frisian Folklore wall clock
This clock is made in Friesland .... It is a part of the Netherlands .
This is a rear hard-to-find, "Stool Clock" (in Dutch-stoel klok),
so-named because it looks a bit like a small stool or chair with the four ball type feet standing on the platform to which it is attached.
This very attractive stool clock has it all.It has the moon phase function to signal the full moon daysThe typical Dutch whimsical Mermaids on either side of the case back.
Every visible piece of wood and the face of this clock has been hand painted with the traditional Dutch symbols.
 It contains a movement of seven days.
This lovely item chimes every half and whole hour with a beautiful sound.
The clockwork of this item is in a really good conditions it is checked and oiled.
This all has been done by a very good-20 year experience- clockmaker.
As you can see on the pictures.  This clocks are very famous in the Netherlands.

MEASUREMENTS:  height 48 cm wide 27 cm deep 15 cm

and I make sure of their functionality on arrival they need to be positioned well to put them back into operation
  wrapped, they happen to move during transport and therefore a little patience is needed and a little bit of knowledge
  being old clocks and mechanics they move and therefore it does not mean that they do not work
for this I beg you to evaluate my description before making your offers because if you do not have a minimum
of knowledge or experience on antique or old clocks  It is probable that upon their arrival you can not make it work
request a refund or request a return it is not acceptable for us they would be only more costs because
 the return shipping from your countries to Germany  and very expensive and therefore I do not accept
you are all welcome on my auctions and if you need help with how to operate a watch we will be happy to help you
but I do not take responsibility for those who have no experience of clocks and can not make it work
wrapped up it happens that you do not even know how to give the charge to a clock as it has already happened to me in the past
  I sell only working clocks and they are moving until the time of shipment
