Good luck and good eBaying.In response to the questions I've had on this.The pieces that are ...missing are one clip underneath the foundation a corner piece of the fence railing on the upper porch and if you look in the Attic picture the strip that is there as well as the two flower pots that go on the porch. These are all quite small pieces and not necessary for the house to hold together. The rest is in very good condition. Also I saw some folks have made offers in your automatically declined. I have fixed the offers and will accept all offers. Sorry for the confusion.
