Please find for sale a beautiful quality 3/4 carat 18 carat gold old cut diamond cluster ring. This wonderful ring houses a approx 45 point old mined cut diamond to the centre which is an incredible clean white stone. This is surrounded by approx 3 point brilliant cut diamonds, totalling approximately 3/4 carat in total. The face of the ring measures 9 mm x 7 mm and this lovely delicate ring measures 3.3 grams.
