This item is a promotional only Quiex II pressing released to radio stations in 1985 on MCA Records by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers entitled ‘Southern Accents’. Record label and number is MCA Records 5486. This promo only records pressed on translucent vinyl that can be seen when held up to a light. Record itself is in strong VG+ condition with flaws being some light rub marks on the vinyl probably made from taking the record in and out of the paper inner sleeve and a coup...le of very light scuffs that can be seen under a strong light and do not effect play. Record cover is in excellent condition with just some very light wear. Record cover has a promo gold stamp, a hype sticker listing a few songs from the album and a ‘Quiex II’ sticker at the top right corner (see photos). Promo album comes complete with its original song lyric / photo paper inner sleeve. See photos for song listings.
