These two toys have been in my collection for 25 years and it's time to start thinning out my possessions. HAPPY THE CLOWN PUPPET SHOW works well and remains in GOOD CONDITION with normal wear from use and no major issues. The once pure-white clown suit has yellowed somewhat and has a number of small stain marks on it. There's some scratching on the front of the tin box, mostly noticable where it says "HAPPY THE CLOWN PUPPET SHOW". The clowns left hand is showing some crazing. There's... a slight dent in the metal base upon which the box sits. This is on the clown's right side. The Pinocchio-looking puppet is missing the bell in his left hand. The battery box is clean. Other than that, you can see whatever you need to see in my photos.As a bonus, I'm including the clown/lion battery toy made by TM (or MT) of Japan. The battery box is clean on this one as well. Cosmetically it's in good shape except for some scraping on two of the corners of the base. This toy sort of works but does need some help. It is suppose to have the clown sliding down the pole until the lion roars at which point the clown runs up the pole in fear. The pole does spin and the lion does roar but when it roars the clown only moves slightly up and stops. When I first got this, it did work and I don't know what happened over the years of it being on my shelf. Perhaps you can make it work again. If not, it still displays well.
