I bet in it's day this was a pretty little oil lamp.
Glass oil holder - has a rose color to it, and flowers painted around the edge. Brass base.
The lip is bent (see picture). There is no burner or glass globe.
I do not know the age of this - but it looks to me to be Victorian = heavy brass base.
