This is in overall good condition, the flaked paint I think only adds to the character of it, so I don’t consider that a drawback. Only problem is that one of the screw holes has a piece taken out of it. I’m guessing it’s north of 50 years old, and it’s been outside for all that time, so it’s certainly not expected to be perfect, but other than that it’s good to go. Shouldn’t affect mounting I don’t believe. It might be an old white hall, I’m not certain. It’s a lit...tle bit different, but I believe it’s from the 60s in any case, all there if anything.**Please note that the last pictures showing a copper ball, the ball/globe is not included. I put those in there should the buyer decide they want one, I have them available. The ones shown have a 2.25” ball with heavy and light patina, but I have them available with varying degrees of patina. Please message me if you have any interest, or see my other listings.Also, the screws may need to be replaced at the buyers option. They can be retightened, and they are probably fine, this is just my disclosure that they are old and a little bit rusted. I would reuse them personally, I’m just saying just in case.
