This is a beautiful old Navajo wool single saddle blanket with lots of lazy lines and tassels. It measures 32" wide by 27" tall not counting the tassels.The dark lines in the design are indigo blue and the tassels are black. The orange color looks synthetic (germantown?) and is almost neon orange in real life. The background is brownish green, purple and creamy white.This blanket is tightly woven with 32 wefts (knots) per inch and 9 warps (foundation cords) per inch. The side selvedge ...cords and edging are not damaged. The tassels are not damaged. The blanket has no rips, tears, holes or odors. When I hold it up to the light there are no holes from old moth damage.There are a couple loose yarns a couple very small dark spots (maybe wax?).
