Up for auction is a French Gras Sword Bayonet Dated 1877. It is in great shape, showing wear and so on expected of an item of this age and use. It has not been cleaned as we believe collectors prefer them as found. Both the Guard and Scabbard appear to be matching numbers. a very nice piece for the bayonet collector.
