This is an old Steel Tanker Desk by Steel Age. It's been in my Dad's garage for 40+ years. I don't know when it was made, only that it was old when we got it in 1977. Before that it was a desk at the old Engine 4 firehouse in Washington DC. The house closed about the time our house was built in '77 and it became ours. It's dusty and dirty and the top is in bad shape but that's not the critical piece. The desk overall is great and has many good years ahead. Come rescue this baby! I've s...een them redone and they are amazing. This is a great candidate. Good Bones as they say.Size is 54x34x38.5" tall.I've got a 2nd steel desk with a very different look; just one center drawer and much larger top.
