- SCARCE -Pat. July 29, 1890. (oddly enough assigned to Starrett as 433, 311)Pat. Mar. 31, 1896.This is a very good example of a micrometer that is fully functional, but already over a century old.The thimble moves smoothly, and it is accurate.
