Very good condition and guaranteed all original WWI US Model1917 helmet. Shell has nice original green paint and no dents. Has blue painted“NY” on the front, probably for New York or Naval Yard. Has the name “Lt. Smith”written under the brim. Complete with original liner and chinstrap. Oilclothliner shows some normal wear and flaking. Wool crown pad is present.
