Up for auction is an original WW2 Canadian medal and photo/document grouping to M49754 Charles Brownlow Hamilton, in good worn condition. The group includes his original WW2 Silver 1939-1945 War Medal i...n small case, pay book, leave passes and assorted army documents, WW2 photos of Canadians and Veteran in Paris and in France, Knights Templar cap badge (maker mark visible on reverse, good quality) on WW2 ribbon, and a WW2 Victory Paris photo set in case with photo list. These were purchased directly from the family, and no other medals were included.
The grouping has a very nice photo of the Canadian Veteran with comrades in front of a foggy Eiffel Tower, and has a decent amount of paper documentation. His pay book does not have the standard brown leather cover, but still has lots of useful information inside.
A nice WW2 Canadian grouping for your consideration.
