Hampden Watch Co. Pocket Watch! This auction is an antique Hampden Watch Co. 18 size 15 jewel pocket watch in an unusual Fahy's No.1 Coin Silver double hunter case out of an estate!The lever-set movement is marked: Hampden Watch Co. Springfield Mass. Pat. Pinion 231604. Dates to 1882. The movement will wind, and set properly.The watch will need serviced in order to function properly. As-is it starts and stops without running for longer than about 10 seconds in all positions.The dial is... marked: Hampden Watch Co. The second hand portion is separating from the rest of the dial, otherwise it's in great condition.Inside the case back is marked: Fahys Coin No.1 W7460. The original glass crystal is in fair condition, but there are some chips along the edges.The watch has been sitting in an estate for many years and is being sold as is.
