This is an AUTHENTIC Tiffany & Co. necklace that has been retired to its VINTAGE COLLECTION! Today, you can only purchase the heart tag with a 16" or 18" chain (this is a 34" chain). Plus, the current version attaches the pendant using a jump ring, so it lays facing forward (necessary since the shorter chain makes the pendant rest below the collar bone - this 34" chain version hangs around the sternum area).
