Description/Interesting Notes: An extraordinary example of intense yellow wulfenite with emerald green dioptase from Tsumeb!!! This amazing pairing is quite rare at Tsumeb and is highly sought after by collectors!!! This specimen hosts a sharp, complete crystal of intense yellow wulenite aesthetically set among a cl...uster of sharp, glassy, gemmy dioptase crystals and accented by lively light green tufts of conichalcite crystals!!! The dioptase crystals are on a plate of tiny calcite rhombs as well!!! The wulfenite crystal is thick, robust, and measures over 1.3cm!!! The wulfenite crystalis sharp, lustrous, and exhibits terrific translucence as well!!! The dioptase crystals are present both on the wulfenite crystal and partially included within (upon close inspection with a loupe or a scope one can even see some submillimeter crystals completely included within as well)!!! There are some smaller wulfenite crystals present on the periphery as well!!! This specimen is AMAZING in person and way, WAY better than the pics show - it is a competition worthy miniature indeed!!! If I had a collection I would absolutely be keeping this one!!!
