Vintage Texas Instruments TI - 99/4A Home Computer Power Supply Modulator

Powers on but no screen is coming up when powered on, no further testing done.....in good cosmetic condition, case has some scuffs/scratches (worst in last picture), there's a bit of rust on the modulator, overlay has come off front panel above keyboard (not sure it was even attached). No box or instructions, only what's pictured is included.
