Please take some time to check out my other items and to add me to your favourites list. If you would like any more information on any of my fossils or anything fossil related please don't hesitate to email me, I'm always happy to try and help! *Pyrite is a form of iron which sometimes occurs as a replacement mineral during the fossilisation process, depending on conditions in the sediment at the time in which the process takes place as well as the composition of the creature being preserved. It has the appearance of gold which is why it is commonly known as 'fool's gold'. Pyrite ammonites only occur in very specific and limited locations around the world and ones from Charmouth are just about the most famous of the lot.
I offer combined shipping on all of my fossils, which is calculated on the combined weight of the fossils. eBay can't do this automatically because of the variance in the fossil weights, so please send me a message and I will send a combined shipping invoice.
