GERMAN  GOOGLY MUSIC BOX GIRL ON HANDLE- 1920’s or earlier
 You take hold of the handle - twirl your hand around-the skirts on the doll swing out-the music plays Excellent condition excellent sound

I call this toy a WhirlyGig
 Fabric is in great condition but does show some age 
 Music box is in excellent condition 
Bisque German doll head is a swivel head on a shoulder plate
 This is one of my favorite… She is so joyful and ...her expression
