Real deal - but rough shape. Could use a serious cleaning - right out of an attic. M1902 model enlisted medical corps dress blue jacket. Has a label inside, but is tough to read. Has Phila Depot Q.M.D. and size measurements. Buttons (Horstmann Phila) all appear to be original with none missing. Crimson red on hat, collar, sleeve, and chest braid representing the medical branch. No rank. There is a single US insignia on one of the collars. The hat is in better condition than the jacket ...but the sweatband has come out, it has a few moth holes and the horizontal visor strap is gone. Thanks for looking.
