Circa 1930s. Labeled ‘Regent’. Allwin coin operated trade stimulator manufactured by Oliver Whales of England. Overall decent condition. Oak case in good shape – age wear and patina with no cracks, chips, or stains. Plunger movement is strong – knocks the balls around the vertical loop easily. Designed to dispense gumballs. Takes nickels. Not sure about the overall operation and function. The inside mechanism needs fixing or adjustment – an inserted coin drops straight to the... bottom of the case inside. The circular decoration that was at the top of the loop has detached. Glass cover is intact. Includes the key – which works smoothly. Measures 25 ½ inches high, 19 ½ inches wide, and 7 ½ inches deep. This is a heavy one - weighs almost 40 pounds. Fantastic display piece, and a great addition to your vintage coin op machine collection. Please do not send payment until after you receive an invoice.
