American Made Bowie Knife By Landers Frary And Clark Early 20th Century

Dating from the early 20th Century, this is a nice example of an American made Bowie Knife. It is mounted with a clipped point blade that measures 7 inches in length by 1 1/8 inches at the widest. The blade shows good honest wear with some light surface pitting scars nevertheless continues to wear good markings by the maker "LANDERS FRARY & CLARK" as well as reads "GRAND PRIZE ST. LOUIS 1904" on one side. The very nice stag horn grips are brass riveted and are mounted with a boat s...haped cross guard, all remaining nice and tight in their condition.
