Vintage Manoil #55 M85a (M-085a) Sitting soldier at table with map and phone. From internet sights this is a scarcer version which included breast pocket buttons. Made by the Manoil brothers in the late 1930's. No breakage, significant casting flaws or touch up noted. I will let the experts evaluate percentage of remaining paint, but photos show it is very well preserved considering age.
