Original Description:
A not often seen Waltham travel clock with a AM Elgin Sterling silver case. Crystal is loose from the watch/clock and seems to be a little large (could not pop it in). Clock/watch portion is fully wound, balance spins free, but does not run. This being said, i am selling as is for repair. Dial looks to have some lite scuffs and nicks around, but nothing major. Back cover looks to have some nicks where it has been opened in the past. Case is marked on movement bezel 8700, on base, 27387...24, and on top cover, Elgin AM Mfg Co Sterling Silver 2738724. Top cover looks to be dented a bit, and whole case has scuffs, nicks and tarnish around. Case does close clean and tight and does open easy with button. Watch case measures 46.3mm across, Travel case measures 64mm wide and long, and 14mm thick. Thanks for looking, please ask questions and see my other watch and clock parts listings.
