DESCRIPTION:This Listing is for a "lovely" antique bisque shoulder head German Doll w long auburn blonde hair. Unmarked reference shows similar dolls made in 1890+ Germany. I did not pry the wig to look under for a name or mold number since it is secure on her head. I do not know her past history and or what restorations were made I am selling her as I purchased her. This doll is a bisque shoulder head with bisque hands from elbows down with molded fingers intact, she... has a kid leather cloth, sawdust filled body. Body shows overall wear throughout for being 100 years old, I see tape repair at both knees which is together intact. Doll is gusset at the hips and knees and will not sit, I have included a doll stand with her. She displays well with a stand. Her bisque shoulder head is together intact with no cracks or chips. A "sweet" Dolly Face with Fixed open blue eyes, painted lashes around her eyes, she has brown eye brows, open mouth with upper teeth. A lovely face with rose color blush. Her auburn blonde wig is shiny and long secure on her head. Since eyes are fixed open I did not remove her pate or wig. Vintage dress is charming with stick pin closure at the back, there is an apron, she wears slip, pantaloons, stockings and boots. There is a bonnet on her head with torn strap that needs a few stitches. This is a "sweet" antique Doll for collection or display!
