...Pre-owned and used for many years with delicate care. I am unsure as to why this is a different style lamp than I am used to but there is no metal bracket system for the hobnail glass lamp shade chimney to hold it over the bulb portion to diffuse the light correctly. Other than that This is in great overall condition with only mild signs of its real age. There is some oxidation on the brass spacers that make up the lamp itself and there is some old some oxidation and flaking of the silver tone coating where the chimney is slid into at the neck portion of the land unique skeleton key is. It works great the cord is not right out or cracking. There is no chips or broken portions in the glass anywhere and there's no reason this can't get many more years abuse out of her.
