Vintage DUNLAP Swivel Base Bench Vise Model # 5244 With Anvil & Horn 3-1/2" Jaws. Vise weighs 14 pounds 12.8 oz (see pics). The only issue with this old vise is that it's been welded on the bottom of the front jaws at some point in time. According to the previous owner of the vise, it belonged to his uncle who was a maintenance worker at the Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester N.Y. He said that his uncle had taken it into work to have it professionally welded by one of his coworkers..., back in the days. The weld is strong and looks really well done (see pics).Vise and swivel base work as they should. Just a nice old DUNLAP bench vise.
