Here we have a Vintage Porcelain Figural Boudoir Lamp Courting Couple Man Woman Germany 15557. It's in excellent working condition with no chips or cracks and has signs of normal use, wear, and age. This was incredibly dusty when we found it in the attic during a house cleanout we did, so we cleaned it up quite a bit for the pictures, but it could use a little more attention to get every nook and cranny cleaned up. It has a logo of some kind on the back where the information is that I ...can't quite figure out. It's a D&P or maybe DIP under a little symbol. The ID number 15557 and the name Germany are really clear. As for how old it is, I'm guessing the early 1920's, mainly because the light socket part is marked 660W WEBER 250V Pat'd March 30, 1909 & May 17, 1910. I could be wrong about that, so if you know more about info for these lamps I'd love to hear it as my curiosity is up on this one. I think this was rewired at some point as the plug and cord are a much newer design, though the plug doesn't have modern safety prongs on it, so even the newer parts have some age to them.
