Antique Gilt Bronze French Mantle Clock By Japy Freres Silk Suspension! C1850! Very good condition for its age and good working order. Earlier silk suspension bell striking movement strikes every hours and halves on bell. The movement stamped by Japy Freres medallion bronze and other marks as showed on pictures. Very heavy clock. The white porcelain dial in very good condition. Marked “Jacuet- La Carriere Et Daerin” and. “ A Paris Rue Du Petit Carreau 18.” Rococo gilt bronze ca...sed clock with beautiful details lots of flowers, boy on the middle Nd ending with peacock on the top. Really stunning clock! Back door has got a convex glass. Measurements are 45 cm high 31 cm wide and 15 cm deep. Collection welcome then cash payment please.
