Item is a President William McKinley Signed Military Appointment 1898-April 26. This is the Presidential Appointment of my Great Grandfather to First Lieutenant Of Infantry, on his rise to Colonel. This document, therefore, is not framed/no COA- as it’s fresh out of the attic found rolled up in a box. This appointment document is on thick piece of paper. The printed areas are still bold and legible but the handwritten ink areas are faded but still legible.(See Pics)Item has the blue ...US seal that has started to peel off the document.
