Original Description:
Going through some old boxes in my shop, I discovered this antique light bulb  I had found years ago when I was chasing down such things.This early bulb has an unusual base (at least to a novice like me) , and it appears to be similar to a Westinghouse "stopper" base, to avoid the Edison patents. There appears to be a cork in the base in the bottom as well.Unfortunately, the early single hairpin carbon filament is broken. However, on the plus side, it is broken at the bottom, so a...t least it looks nice when displayed.
