You're looking at an ORIGINAL vintage Faries desk lamp in excellent working condition and dating to approx the 1920s. This piece retains its original patinated brass finish and overall the condition of this lamp is very good with wear commensurate with age including dings scuffs, marks etc; which all add to the character and authenticity of the piece. There is also a tiny hole in the original Faries shade (Pat date: 1908). There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The socket is ...in great shape and clicks well. This item has been rewired using era-correct twisted cord and a new plug. Works perfectly. The overall length of this light, fully extended is approx 25" including the shade.
