Playmobil Victorian house. Comes with the extra floor, which makes this a very big piece. There are some broken pieces and some pieces missing, but as you can see there is still plenty to make this a wonderful play house. There are some pieces that were glued together. The last 2 picture shows how this will be shipping. I did find the instructions on line to build this. The top section will be shipped as one piece, since it has been glued (there are ...some drip marks from the glue as you can see in the picture). There is one section that is a little tricky when putting together because of the glued section on the bottom (basically some adult help will probably be needed, but if you have troubles, let me know).
