This ice bucket (or cookie jar) is most likely made in the 30ies by Arthur Wood and the pattern is called "Silver Shield". No chips or cracks. However, there is some discoloring (inside the object and on the Bottom). When displayed it is not visible. Probably the ice bucket was used and the glaze craqueled and then got a brownish color.
