Here's a vintage Neumann Z48 shockmount. It was originally designed for the U67 tube microphone. It also fits the M269 tube and the U87. I believe it will fit the TLM67 as well, though I haven't tried that. In particular, if you have one of those vintage tube mics, you likely know that the modern EA87 won't work due to the multi-conductor cable they use. This is the solution to that problem. It's also quicker and easier to insert and remove an 87 than with the newer design.Neumann moun...ts are unlike 3rd-world copies - they are well-built and last nearly forever.
