Here is a nice, early Bear Creek fish decoy. This is the type 1, wood body decoy. The fish is 7" long. It is nice and original with normal light crazing to the paint, paint missing from the belly weights and some discoloration or varnish loss just behind the line tie. Overall very nice considering age. The box is also very nice and is marked S 10 on the end. The other end has 5 00 written in pen. I am not sure of this is the correct box but collectors will know. The box is also very ni...ce. with some normal light water marks. Both the box and decoy go as one lot. Make sure to check my other auctions. I sell more fish decoys than anyone in the world.
