Magnificent large early 19thc gothic architectural cast iron church door knocker. Dating c.1830.
Excellent attention to detail on this fine gothic door knocker. Originating from a church porch door. Fine gothic detailing to the backplate and twisted rope decoration to the handle. Incised initials to back of plate as image shows.
