Pair of Delft Tiles With Figures from 17th Century.
Two rare beautiful tiles dating from around 1640. The tiles are decorated with so called “volute” corner motifs and are in good original condition without restoration. They depict figures in daily life activities in the 17th Century and take us back to a world long ago.
Size (approximately): 5.1” by 5.1” and the other is 5” by 5”Condition: in good condition considering age. Have been previously used as wall tiles a...nd are chipped around some edges.
