Original Description:
18th century antique colonial button with fantastic chasing and engraving. The material is copper or brass and it has areas where there is silvering on the front and back. The design work is very intricate with a large flower surrounded by smaller flowers. This is a massive button measuring 37mm wide. It’s in amazing shape and retains its original shank. They don’t get much better than this. The condition makes this button a rarity.Keep an eye on my other items as I am listing some... other high quality colonial buttons.
