Elgin Watches Co. Advertising Clock Made by GLO - DIAL CLOCK SALES CO. Beautiful example of GLO - DIAL advertising tabletop display clock for Elgin Watches in beautiful condition. Possibly from the 40s and 50s. Clock was acquired from an estate sale. Please view all photos and ask questions to make judgement on the clock for yourselves. Please feel free to ask for specific photos if you require them to make your judgement. Clock was originally listed as from 1939, but this was possibl...y a mistake. I do not know the date of the clock. Clock has a large chrome case and bezel with interior blue neon, reverse painted glass with company’s logo, and Interior dial numbers. Clock lights up with a vibrant blue glow when plugged in and displays beautifully. Please view all large photos for condition and ask questions as they are considered part of the listing. CONDITION: Neon lights up brightly, but the clock is currently not working. The chrome is impressively shiny with very minor wear for its age which includes fine scratches. Painted glass is bright and dial numerals have minimal paint loss. The cord is not original and appears to have been replaced.This is a vintage clock with some fine scratches and minor wear consistent with the age of this collectible. Measures approximately 11" high x 8" wide x 8" in diameter. Weighs almost 5 lbs.
