Vintage 1970's NFL Green Bay Packers Football Helmet Rawlings Youth Medium USA. I'm guessing that this is a helmet that came with a Packers complete football uniform that was available thru Sears, JC Penney catalog sales etc. Condition is Mint/Pristine, never worn and still has an original tag attached.
