This old boy was at one point an oil lamp and looks to have been converted to Electric over the ye...ars with updated wiring that is functional but should always be looked over by a professional before use. The arm holding the lamp socket has been repaired over the years and is holding firm with no significant issues to report. Overall a great-looking larger sized gold Gilt decorated figural banister lamp in functional antique condition.
