A antique / vintage POST 1930`S Swedish single bit forest Axe head Turpentine model from Hults Bruk made in Åby Sweden . Axe head has been clean and sharpen , still in very good secondhand condition still see pictures . Total length head 16.3 cm ( 6.42 in ) Blade width 8.4 cm ( 3.31 in) total wt. 877 grams or 1.93 lbs # . Marking on the axe head is in good shape stamped on the cheek on one side H B in a circle and also a H in a circle as well with made in Sweden under , o...n the other side stamped 0.9 . There is very some ware on this axe head but still in good shape . A really nice vintage single bit axe head head from Sweden that will provide many more years of service . Eye top and bottom length 5.4 cm ( 2.13 in ) width 2.1 cm ( 0.83 in ) Eye depth 6.9 cm or ( 2.72 in ) this the size for a handle to be fitted to the head .
