Vintage 1950s Cosmopolitan Ginger Doll in Pink Bridesmaid Dress + Shoes + “Ginger” doll standHer outfit pieces consist of hat w floral trim, lovely pink gown dress, matching half slip, matching panties, pink shoes with ribbon ties and a flower bouquet in her hand. Dress is tagged by Cosmopolitan. The hat had a small rip along the brim on the lace like edging. The gown and undergarments are in excellent condition, I found no rips, tears or staining upon inspection. Pink shoes have a... satin like body, with a fuzzy bottom. Ginger is an all plastic, head turning walker with strawberry blonde wig. She has blue sleep eyes that have to be forced open or closed. Her walker mechanism is not working well, she almost seems a bit stiff, but head does move side to side when legs are moved back and forth. She had bright, red lip color, blushed cheeks and brown eyebrows; molded eyelashes.“Ginger” stand is in good condition; no breaks or cracks.
