This antique metal hand meat grinder/food chopper was produced by LF&C, New Britain CT USA and is the Universal number 1. The piece features solid metal construction and a wooden handle. The grinder has a clamp so that it can be attached to a table or counter. The grinder only has the attachment that is pictured - no other blades are included. The mouth of the grinder is approximately 3” by 2.5” and the grinder is 10” long with handle down by clamp.Mounted to a tabl...e or counter the grinder would be about 5.5" above the surface.It has some scratches and finish wear but is in very good condition. This meat grinder would be very useful in the kitchen or would simply make an excellent collectors item.
