Set Of 4 Meissen Court Dragon Demi - Tasse Cups (Three Different Colors) C. 1924

We are offering a set of four Meissen Court dragon demitasse cups. They are in the Rococo style but I believe they date to the 2nd quarter of the 20th c. (despite what looks like an 18th c. Meissen mark). Two are the same with iron red dragons enhanced with hand gilding. The third cup is decorated with a mustard yellow dragon and Chinese devices (also gilded). The fourth is in a puce pink color also decorated with gilding. All have handles in the form of t...wisted branches. All are in excellent virtually unused condition. One of the iron red cups has the Meissen mark scratched over with thre or four lines which, I believe, means it was deemed a factory second. The cups are 1 7/8" tall and ae 2 1/2" in diameter at the lip.
