This auction is for a Lovely Antique Ironstone Brown Transferware Platter made in the mid 1800s in Staffordshire England.
The pattern features a classic Asian river valley scene with boats and pagodas and mountains and trees and a scroll/vine and floral border design.
It measures 14 ½ inches long and 11 3/8 inches wide.
It Displays Nicely without any chips or cracks. The Decorations are clear and vivid throughout.
It is not marked with the exception of a two-digit impresse...d number and I am not certain of the maker or the pattern name. But it was clearly made by one of the potteries that operated in the Staffordshire Region of England at the time.
I am selling many other Staffordshire items and will combine shipping whenever possible.Check out my other items!
I charge actual shipping and will send this either by USPS Priority Mail or by FedEx Ground, whichever is less expensive. If shipping works out to be less than you pay, I will reimburse the difference.
NOTE: I can't send by FedEx Ground if it is going to a PO Box.
