A played with toy, missing pull string, but has the original yellow wooden shoe that was held by a red string. (now detached ).
The plastic "clacker" on the undercarriage is still in good working order, which is what makes the little puppy sounds (some call it yippy) sounds as it is pulled.
Red plastic wheels turn and gives the puppy his little bounce as he is pulled.
Little plastic ears and spring tail are in good shape and swing freely as he bounces along.
196...8 is a patented date on the rear label, I am unsure of actual date of this item.
Remember this is a vintage item which means it has plenty of wear and tear.
