This is an elegant appliance from a more civilized time! An awesome piece of American Craftsmanship. This plucky little guy weights in at well over 5 pounds, and was built in Chicago (yeah, when we still made stuff in the US of A.)
It fired right up and I had no issues making toast. The dark/light control appears working. And a really cool feature on this is that when the toast is done, it has a very cool mechanical slow rise out of the toaster (I was expecti...ng a pop-up, but this works in a gradual fashion).
Anyway, this will be an awesome (functioning) conversation piece in your kitchen (even better for your Atomic Ranch!)
