ROYAL BRIDAL GOWN by QUEEN ANNE ENGLISH BONE CHINA2 FOOTED TEA or COFFEE CUPS & SAUCERS
Royal Bridal Gown was made from 1949 till 1966it has pink orchid clusters on white bone china and borders are pale yellow 'pleated fabric' gathered with pink bows & blue leavesand draped with garlands of tiny pink star-like flowers pinned up by larger blue & gray flowersFit for... a queen, or a Fairy Princess!
Cups are footed gold trimmed, fancy handles gently scalloped Design on the outsideOrchid cluster inside, facing right handed sippers2 3/4" tall 3 5/8" across rims
5 5/8" Saucers have the Border all around and orchid cluster in centerGently scalloped gold trimmed edges
No chips, cracks, surface scratchesNo notable gold wear but any piece may have some gold wear around edges Gold on bases and handles looks goodEACH OF THE CUPS HAS SOME COFFEE STAINING INSIDE!It is on the blank side, not on the design, also a bit of a ring around thethe inside bottom on one and a small spot inside the otherPlease see the photos, each cup has a bit of staining INSIDEThey also have crazing to the glaze
